  • Account data: When you sign in with GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket, we receive your username, email address, and profile information.
  • PR URLs: URLs you submit for analysis.
  • Payment data: We do not collect or store payment information. All payment processing is handled by Polar, our Merchant of Record, under their privacy policy.

Information we collect automatically

  • Usage data: How you interact with the Service, including pages visited and features used.
  • Device data: Browser type, operating system, and IP address.

Information from third parties

  • Git provider data: When you connect your GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket account, we access repository data according to the permissions you grant. This may include pull request metadata, commit history, and contributor information. If you install the Axiomo GitHub App, we receive webhook events for pull request activity on installed repositories.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Generate analysis reports (Signals)
  • Improve and personalize the Service
  • Communicate with you about the Service
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service providers: Third parties that help us operate the Service, including:
    • Vercel – hosting and infrastructure
    • Neon – database hosting
    • Polar – payment processing
    • Anthropic – AI analysis (PR data is sent to the Claude API to generate Signals)
    • Sentry – error monitoring
    • Resend – transactional email
  • Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
