By accessing or using Axiomo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Axiomo provides pull request analysis and governance tools for software development teams. The Service analyzes publicly available data from code hosting platforms to generate structured reports ("Signals").

3. User Accounts

Some features require authentication via OAuth with GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket. By connecting your account, you authorize Axiomo to access repository data according to the permissions you grant. You may also install the Axiomo GitHub App on your repositories, which enables automatic PR analysis via webhooks.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to analyze repositories without appropriate authorization

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Axiomo offers free and paid subscription plans. All paid subscriptions are sold through Polar, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means:

  • Polar is the legal seller and handles all payment processing, billing, and tax collection
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Polar dashboard
  • Refund requests are handled by Polar according to their terms of service
  • For billing questions or payment issues, contact Polar support

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Polar's terms of service. Pricing is displayed at checkout and may be updated with notice to existing subscribers.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Axiomo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Axiomo does not guarantee that analysis results are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

Axiomo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page.
